Long time CGM member, Jill Watson, would like to invite you to participate in the Longest Day Fundraiser on Friday, June 16th. The Longest Day is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. And it's the day the Alzheimer's Association calls on everyone to fight Alzheimer's disease by raising funds and awareness for care, support and research.

This will be Jill's 7th year organizing this important event and CGM is a proud sponsor by donating lunch to all participants. She will host tennis, Pickleball and golf events throughout the day. There is no cost to participate, however, donations to the SW Washington Alzheimer's Association will be much appreciated. Let's help Jill meet her goal of raising $20,000 for this important cause!

Jill's Story

For the The Longest Day 2023, I will be doing what I love (playing tennis) in memory of my mother, Joan, as well as those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. I’m participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

Today, over 35 million people across the world are living with Alzheimer's, including more than 5 million Americans. In the U.S. alone, more than 15 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.

Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Please make a donation today or participate in our June 16th events to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease. Thank you!
