Zumba is a fun and energetic fitness class. It focuses on fun, easy-to-follow routines to music. It includes a few Toning routines, with the option to use hand weights provided. The class meets in the group fitness room on the 3rd floor on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 10 to 11 a.m.
