Group Fitness Weekly Class Schedule

Monday

• 5:45am AM Fix (Third Floor)
• 8:30am Aqua Fit (Pool)
• 9am Spin Ball (Studio A)
• 9am Physio Fit (Studio B)
• 10am Aqua Fit (Pool)
• 11:15am Yoga (Studio B)
• 5:30pm Conditioning Cardio Cycling (Studio A)
• 6pm Aqua Fit (Pool)
• 6:30pm Hatha Yoga (Studio B)

Class Descriptions:

AM Fix: This class is high energy step and strength conditioning.

Aqua Fit: Total body workout in the pool with low impact.

Body Shop: Excellent cross training with cardio and strength segments.

Deep Blue: Intense pool workout with low impact.

Physio Fit: For those seeking a little less intensity, this class offers flexibility, strength and cardio conditioning all in one.

Power Stations: Full body workout (both resistance and cardio training) utilizing a variety of tools and exercises.

Slide: Inner and outer thigh muscles plus quads and glutes utilizing the Reebok slide.

Spin/Ball: 45 minutes of low impact/high energy spinning followed by 15 minutes of work on the ball.

Spinning: 1 full hour of fun, intense high energy spinning.

Strength & Stretch: Utilizes stretching and balance

• 4:30 - 5:15pm Spin (Studio A)
• 5:15 - 5:30pm Stretch & Core (Studio A)

• 6:30pm Hatha Yoga (Studio B)

Wednesday
